DELIVERY

We always strive to get your gin to you as soon as possible. 

 

Standard Mainland UK via Parcelforce

  • FREE standard delivery on all orders over £100

  • Delivery cost £4.95 for orders under £100

  • Orders will be delivered 2-4 business days from the day the order was placed

  • Please note that we are closed during weekends and public holidays, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working business day

  • Once your item has left our distillery, we’ll send you a text with tracking information

 

We currently only deliver to the UK, but watch this space – we’ll be delivering overseas in no time. If you really can't wait please contact us direct at hello@leeds1893gin.com and we will try and find a way to get it to you..


RETURNS 

We want all our customers to be happy with our product and service. If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact hello@leeds1893gin.com with your order reference and the reason for the return.

We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

3) Once your return has been confirmed over email with us please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number, and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: We’ll only process your refund once we’ve received and checked the item; this can take up to 14 days. We will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.
