Our premium Leeds 1893 gin starts with juniper, complimented by citrus notes of bitter orange, grapefruit and coriander seed. We incorporate a dry earthiness from mountain ash, punctuated by the sweetness found in liquorice root and cassia bark. Leeds 1893 is finished with spicy notes of cubeb, grains of paradise and a hint of oak to deliver depth of flavour.
